 GrowMode Terms and Conditions

1. Services
   GrowMode provides coaching and educational services for middle and high school students. Services are designed to support academic, social, and personal growth.
    
2. Payment
   All fees must be paid as agreed upon before services are provided. Late or missed payments may result in suspension of services.
    
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
   Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee.
    
4. Confidentiality
   GrowMode respects the privacy of students and families. Information shared during coaching sessions is kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.
    
5. Limitation of Liability
   GrowMode is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from participation in coaching services. Success depends on student participation and effort.
    
6. Acceptance of Terms
   By using GrowMode services, clients agree to these terms and conditions.
